- Develop and scale the internal communities initiatives.
- Design and improve Community Leader and Ambassador programs.
- Own the roadmap for Communities & CSR initiatives.
- Plan and launch specialist community activities and engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate CSR and volunteering initiatives across the business group.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, CSR, Employer Branding or a related field.
- Community Building: Proven track record of building, growing, and scaling internal communities, interest groups, or Ambassador/Champion Programs from the ground up.
- CSR & Volunteering Programs: Hands-on experience designing, organizing, and managing corporate social responsibility initiatives, volunteering programs, and charitable campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with HR, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Internal & External Communications, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.
- English Intermediate+.
