- Conduct training sessions in English
- Onboard and support new employees
- Create and update training materials, scripts, and guides
- Coach team members and provide feedback
- Monitor training effectiveness and identify development areas
Що очікуємо
- Strong English (C1 or higher)
- Good command of Ukrainian (spoken and written)
- Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, customer service, sales, collections, contact centers, fintech, banking, or similar industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain information clearly and engage people
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in Collections (Soft or Hard Collections)
- Experience training collections or sales teams
- Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or BPO environments
- Experience creating training programs from scratch
