- Lead and grow cross-functional engineering and R&D teams in Latvia, building a strong execution culture focused on speed, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the architecture and integration of autonomous UAV/FPV systems, including embedded systems, communications, navigation, and software-hardware integration.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and engineering best practices to maintain a competitive technological edge.
- Implement efficient development processes, testing methodologies, and rapid iteration cycles to accelerate product development and deployment.
