- Define and own the product strategy aligned with the company's business goals, market opportunities, and long-term vision.
- Lead the full product lifecycle — from market research and concept development to production, launch, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Build and manage the product roadmap, setting priorities across game development, product features, and platform-related initiatives.
- Oversee slot game concepts and GDDs, ensuring strong game mechanics, engaging features, balanced math models, and competitive positioning.
- Lead and develop the product team, including Game Producers and other product specialists, establishing clear ownership, processes, and performance standards.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming, preferably progressing from Game Designer or Game Producer into senior product leadership.
- Proven experience as a CPO, Head of Product, Product Lead, Senior Game Producer, or in a comparable role with broad product ownership.
- Strong hands-on background in creating slot game concepts and GDDs from scratch.
- Deep understanding of slot mechanics, math models, player engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and leading people through other team leads or producers.
