- Drive consistent execution by ensuring commitments, deadlines, and business objectives are delivered.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, business metrics, Unit Economics, and P&L to identify opportunities for improving business performance.

- 4+ years of experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or another senior operational leadership role.
- A highly structured, disciplined, and execution-focused leader who sets high standards, holds teams accountable, and consistently delivers measurable business outcomes.
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from the ground up.
- Strong expertise in KPIs, business metrics, Unit Economics, and P&L management.
- Experience implementing reporting systems, operational planning, and process automation.
