- Build the company’s operating model, workflows and management processes from the ground up.
- Turn business objectives into operational plans, responsibilities and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate launch preparation across product, technology, marketing, legal and other functions.
- Work with the CTO and platform provider to ensure operational readiness.
- Identify staffing needs, recruit key teams and organize their work.
Що очікуємо
- Proven operational leadership experience within an iGaming operator.
- Experience launching or scaling an online casino and building processes at an early stage under Curacao or Anjouan license.
- Strong understanding of casino operations, player journeys, retention, payments and platform dependencies.
- Ability to coordinate multiple functions and manage delivery across teams and external partners.
- Experience building teams, defining ownership and establishing performance standards.
