Що робити
- Develop and execute the company’s legal strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive legal support for all company operations in Ukraine.
- Lead litigation, dispute resolution, claims management, and enforcement proceedings.
- Represent and protect the company’s interests in courts and legal proceedings.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies, government institutions, and enforcement authorities.
Що очікуємо
- Degree in Law (preferred).
- At least 5 years of legal practice experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior legal leadership role such as Head of Legal, Legal Director, or Chief Legal Officer.
- Strong expertise in Ukrainian legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Extensive experience handling complex litigation and dispute resolution matters.
