Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the company's financial strategy, long-term planning, and budgeting processes. Provide data-driven insights to support key business decisions.
Financial Infrastructure: Build and scale financial operations, including accounting processes, reporting frameworks, and internal controls.
Legal Infrastructure: Oversee the company's legal framework, including entity structure, contract management, corporate governance, and compliance across operating jurisdictions.
SaaS Metrics & Reporting: Own and report on core SaaS financial metrics.
Audit & Compliance: Lead internal and external audit processes. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards.

7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, VP Finance) in a SaaS or tech company.
Proven experience building financial and legal infrastructure in a startup or scale-up environment.
Strong command of SaaS financial metrics and unit economics.
Experience managing audits, tax compliance, and multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on operator comfortable working without a large team, able to both set strategy and execute.
