- Lead the launch and execute the company’s three-year business strategy.
- Translate the strategy and financial model into priorities, budgets, milestones and measurable targets.
- Own business performance, including revenue growth, profitability and progress toward investment return.
- Build and lead the management team, establishing clear responsibilities and accountability.
- Align product, marketing, operations, technology and legal functions around business objectives.
Що очікуємо
- Proven senior leadership experience within an iGaming operator.
- Demonstrated success in launching, building or scaling an online casino business.
- Strong understanding of operator economics, P&L management and the relationship between acquisition, retention, payments and profitability.
- Experience building teams and management processes.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution at the pre-launch stage.
