- Chargeback Case Management
- Receive and conduct an initial review of chargeback cases submitted by the Finance team and payment providers.
- Review transactions in internal systems and match the data against provider information (descriptor, payment details, customer payment history).
- Classify cases by reason code and determine the nature of the dispute: fraud / non-fraud / other.
- Make decisions on cases: accept the chargeback or proceed with representment, providing a clear rationale for the decision.
Що очікуємо
- 6+ months of experience in Payment Processing, PSP, acquiring, FinTech, chargebacks, anti-fraud, risk, or compliance. We are not looking for someone with no relevant experience, but we also do not expect a senior-level specialist.
- Hands-on experience with chargeback cases or anti-fraud, including dispute management, representment, or fraud investigation, will be a strong advantage.
- We are open to candidates from different risk-related backgrounds: online casinos and betting, crypto, PSPs or payment gateways, traditional banking or acquiring, and e-commerce with a high volume of disputes.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and working with large datasets.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail: the ability to identify connections between individual transactions and draw conclusions rather than simply record facts.
