About Client’s Company
International iGaming company operating sportsbook and online casino products.
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Affiliate / CEO for igaming brands who will own the affiliate acquisition strategy, drive profitable traffic growth, and actively work with partners, analytics, and commercial performance. This is a role for someone who enjoys negotiating, optimizing, and scaling—not just managing.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the affiliate acquisition strategy.
Manage affiliate P&L, budgets, ROI, payback, and traffic profitability.
Build and scale a portfolio of affiliates, media buying teams, and affiliate networks.
Negotiate commercial terms across CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed models.
Analyze traffic quality, cohort performance, and key acquisition metrics.
Detect fraud and improve traffic quality together with the Risk team.
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, postbacks, and reporting.
Lead and mentor the existing Affiliate team while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution.
Partner closely with CRM, Product, BI, Finance, and Marketing teams.
What We’re Looking
6+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience in iGaming, African markets.
3+ year leading an Affiliate team or managing the function.
Strong hands-on experience with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed partnership models.
Solid understanding of ROI, Payback, LTV, NGR, traffic quality, and unit economics.
Experience with affiliate platforms, trackers, attribution, postbacks, and S2S integrations.
Experience identifying low-quality and fraudulent traffic.
Upper-Intermediate+ English.
Nice to Have
Experience with African markets (Kenya is the top priority).
Knowledge of M-Pesa and mobile payment ecosystems.
Experience working with in-house Media Buying teams.
BetConstruct or similar gaming platforms.
SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Understanding of crash games (Aviator or similar).
