Що робити

  • Develop and execute the company's global Business Development strategy.
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and commercial opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Lead enterprise-level negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement scalable sales and partnership processes.

Що очікуємо

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Commercial leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • A strong network within FinTech, Payments, Banking, E-commerce, or related industries.
  • A proven track record of building strategic partnerships and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience working with international clients and global markets.

  • Previous experience in a Payment Service Provider (PSP), FinTech, or Financial Services company.
  • Existing relationships with banks, payment providers, merchants, or strategic partners.
  • Experience launching new markets or scaling international business operations.
