Що робити

Operational Management
Monitor key online casino performance metrics on a daily basis, including GGR, NGR, Deposit Volume (Dep Sum), and Hold.
Analyze player acquisition and retention performance in close collaboration with the Marketing and Retention teams.
Monitor payment success rates and withdrawal limits, working closely with the Payments and Risk teams to identify and address potential issues.
Monitor and analyze player behavior in collaboration with the Marketing and Risk teams to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.

Що очікуємо

Strong understanding of key online casino metrics and KPIs, including GGR, NGR, Deposit Volume, Hold, and Retention.
Hands-on experience working with analytics and reporting tools.
Solid knowledge of player lifecycle management principles, including player onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
Good understanding of payment systems and payment flows, as well as the specifics of risk management and anti-fraud processes within the iGaming industry.
