Що робити

  • ● Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their main point of contact.
  • ● Build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
  • ● Coordinate company formation, accounting, tax, and compliance services.
  • ● Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely service delivery.
  • ● Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Що очікуємо

  • ● 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role.
  • ● Strong written and spoken English.
  • ● Experience working with CRM systems (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • ● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Що пропонуємо

  • ● Experience in corporate services, legal, accounting, tax, or compliance.
  • ● Experience working with international B2B clients.
  • ● Commercial mindset with experience in upselling or account growth.
  • ● Additional languages (Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Chinese, etc.).
