- Conducting an audit of current business processes and models
- Developing business and functional requirements for business processes
- Creating an ideal “to-be” processes and workflows and documenting these suggested changes
- Presenting the vision of changes to all involved departments and testing these changes in close collaboration with them
- Analyzing the outcome of processes’ upgrade
Що очікуємо
- Location in Warsaw
- 5+ years of experience in the role of Business Analyst/Process Analyst/Business Process Automation Specialist or similar
- Extensive experience in analyzing business systems and processes, assessing the “as-is” state of things, and suggesting a “to-be” business model
- Good grasp of BPMN and tools for automation/visualization of business process description
- Experience working as an Analyst in middle/large-sized companies (ideally starting from 100+ employees)
Що пропонуємо
- Experience of being involved in developing or implementing CRM/ERP/other business automation systems
- Experience leading process analysis in a rapidly changing environment
- Good level of spoken English (Upper-Intermediate/fluent)
