Що робити
- focus on outbound sales processes: full cycle from prospecting to contracting companies in specified regions and niches;
- handling inbound inquiries: searching for additional information about companies, managing the CRM database, maintaining the corporate online chat, and helping solve sales issues;
- using a variety of instruments (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects and convert them to customers;
- managing relationships with onboarded partners and scaling cooperation to hit revenue KPIs;
- analyzing the performance analytics of buyers, publishers, and campaigns via Tableau and in-house BI tools.
