Що робити

  • Own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and qualification through discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build qualified pipeline through outbound, networking, referrals and industry events.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and position Akvelon’s engineering services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are translated into compelling service proposals.
  • Build trusted relationships with CTOs, VP Engineering, Product Leaders, Founders and other senior decision-makers.

Що очікуємо

  • Proven experience in IT outsourcing or software development services sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients.
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, drive processes and deliver results.
