- Find and contact protocols, foundations, ecosystem teams, and network representatives
- Grow delegated stake on blockchain networks
- Find and apply to grants and RFPs
- Track and apply to foundation delegation programs
- Identify early validator, genesis, and pre-mainnet opportunities
Що очікуємо
- Active involvement in crypto, Web3, testnets, Discord communities, or crypto content
- Experience in business development, partnerships, community, grants, or ecosystem work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to write clear and personalised cold outreach
- Comfortable working independently without daily supervision
