We are looking for a tech-savvy specialist to join our team. You will be the “go-to” person for the maintenance, configuration, and support of our core business platforms, primarily HubSpot and internal Transportation Management System (TMS). If you enjoy organizing processes, creating clear documentation, and helping colleagues work more efficiently, this role is for you.
Your main responsibilities:
HubSpot Administration. Configuring automation rules, managing workflows, creating reports, and ensuring the system operates smoothly.
Internal Systems Support. Managing user access and permissions for our Transportation Management System (TMS).
User Support & Training. Providing ongoing assistance to internal teams, conducting training sessions, and helping colleagues troubleshoot issues.
Documentation. Maintaining our internal Wiki (knowledge base) to ensure all processes are well-documented and easy to follow.
What we expect from you:
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (administration level: workflows, properties, reporting).
Experience in support or operations with business tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ClickUp, or similar task/CRM systems).
Basic understanding of CRM structure (how contacts, companies, and deals are related).
English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate). You will need to write documentation and communicate with the team.
Documentation skills. Ability to explain complex things in simple words (Word, Google Docs).
Strong learning agility. Our systems evolve, and we need someone who loves learning new software tools.
Willingness to work during the client’s business hours (shifts: 2:00 PM — 10:00 PM; 3:00 PM — 11:00 PM; 4:00 PM — 12:00 AM; 5:00 PM — 01:00 AM)

We value clear communication and organized workflows.
We are ready to provide extensive training on our specific internal systems.
