WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3–5 years in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally at a tech company (SaaS, dev tools, AI, or similar).
Track record of outbound, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline.
Genuine passion for video games. You actually play, follow the industry, and understand game dev culture.
Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar). Curious about automation — n8n, Make, Zapier, agent frameworks. Experience here is a strong plus; willingness to learn is the baseline.
Self-starter. You manage your own priorities, drive execution, and close loops without being chased.
Multitasking with focus. Outbound, events, and ad-hoc operations run in parallel — you can switch context without dropping balls.
Strong follow-through. You finish what you start. No half-completed tasks, no silent drop-offs.
