Що очікуємо
- Experience & Education
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Experience on CRM projects (Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc.) — significant advantage
- CRM & Business Process Knowledge
- Understanding of CRM system logic: sales funnel, sales pipeline, customer journey, case management
