Who We Are: Finhost is not just another fintech company — we build the technology that helps other fintechs (including financial institutions) launch and scale. Our platform powers white-label digital banking, crypto exchanges, and payment solutions across Europe, the UK, Canada, and beyond. Think of us as the invisible engine behind the future of finance.
As our platform grows, so does the complexity of what we build — and we need someone who can turn that complexity into clarity. We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business growth, owning features from the first stakeholder conversation all the way through to a successful demo.
Who We’re Looking For A sharp, communicative professional who’s equally comfortable in a room with clients and in a technical discussion with engineers — someone who can translate business needs into clear, actionable specs, and back again.
Must-haves:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager within the FinTech industry
Advanced English: C1/C2 level fluency (written and spoken), with the ability to articulate technical concepts effortlessly to non-technical stakeholders and clients
Proficiency with diagramming tools and prototyping software
Strong experience writing detailed Acceptance Criteria and conducting hands-on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience working directly with financial webhooks, payment gateways, or third-party API integrations
Nice to have:
Experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management
Previous experience in crypto or digital banking products
Background in client-facing roles (demos, workshops, onboarding)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identifying high-impact feature enhancements, monetization models, and workflow efficiencies that directly contribute to increasing overall company revenue
Eliciting complex business needs from external clients and internal stakeholders through interviews, workshops, surveys, and detailed workflow analysis
Creating visual models, including flow diagrams, system interaction maps, and low-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas before engineering begins
Facilitating seamless alignment between non-technical business stakeholders and engineering teams
Defining clear, testable Acceptance Criteria alongside the dev team and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Executing demo sessions for internal teams and external clients, breaking down complex technical workflows into clear language
Maintaining up-to-date, comprehensive, and clear public/client-facing documentation
We appreciate your interest in Finhost. We commit to reviewing your application within 5 business days.
