Collect and analyze business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders
Create clear and detailed BA documentation (specifications, diagrams, test cases, etc.)
Facilitate effective communication between the client and development/design teams
Participate in client meetings, support workshops, and clarify scope and expectations
Assist the team in maintaining product vision and aligning it with business goals

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical education
Solid experience in creating BA deliverables: functional specifications and BRD/PRD, use cases, UML diagrams, acceptance test plans
Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements
