- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap to the Agile team, adjusting it based on stakeholder feedback and market changes;
- Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog, including clear user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and acting as the primary liaison between business and the Agile team;
- Participating in sprint planning and reviews, adjusting priorities based on team feedback and retrospectives;
Що очікуємо
- We’re looking for a Business Analyst who has:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the FinTech sector;
- Hands-on exposure to crypto on-ramp/off-ramp solutions and banking/payment systems;
- Strong understanding of financial technologies, with proven expertise in crypto and banking payments;
- Genuine interest in learning adjacent sub-domains such as open banking, card processing, and AML/KYC;
