Що робити
- Collaborate with the product manager and engineers to define the business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate clear communication between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet both business needs and technical feasibility.
- Produce high-quality artifacts, including financial flow analyses, message mappings, and functional specifications.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate developed features and ensure alignment with business expectations.
- Act as a direct point of contact with institutional clients in support of advisory and consultancy work, gathering their requirements and answering technical/business questions.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in IT or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of BA responsibilities, including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, comfortable working with technical teams, business teams, and external institutional clients.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and versioning in SaaS or enterprise software contexts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
