We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who’s not afraid to dive deep into a complex, fast-moving environment and turn ambiguity into clarity. You’ll work directly with customers to uncover real business needs, translate them into a clear solution vision, and keep requirements alive and well-documented throughout the entire project lifecycle. If you enjoy being the bridge between stakeholders and the delivery team, this role gives you plenty of room to make that impact.
Tech requirements: — 4-5+ years of experience in business analysis or product management — Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills — Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions — Advanced technical skills — Excellent documentation skills — Solid knowledge of Agile/non-Agile methodologies and SDLC — Experience working with multiple stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and setting expectations — Strong experience with various BA techniques and tools for eliciting and documenting requirements — Ability to work independently with minimal supervision — English — Upper-Intermediate+, Ukrainian — fluent
Nice to have: — Experience working on enterprise-scale or high-traffic platforms — Familiarity with data analysis or basic SQL — Background in Product Management or transitioning toward it
