You’ll be a great fit if you have: — 2+ years of experience in system, functional, or business analysis; — English: Advanced and higher; — Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools; — Understanding of SDLC and agile development processes; — Knowledge of business process modeling; — Proficiency in identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements; — Experience in drafting functional / business / system requirement specifications; — Experience in working with stakeholders and requirements elicitation; — Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; — Ability to decompose complex requirements into manageable tasks; — Understanding of web development concepts and technologies. — Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. — Practical experience using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate requirement generation, documentation, and analysis workflows.
Would be a plus: — Experience in using SQL; — Experience with integration projects.
