- Track and analyze user feedback across platforms like App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and more
- Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective response to public reviews
- Work with internal teams to identify patterns in feedback and initiate product or communication improvements
- Coordinate external vendors or partners (if needed) to support ongoing reputation efforts
- Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on review trends, sentiment, and potential risks
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in brand reputation, community management, user feedback, or customer success
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sentiment and trends from qualitative data
- Familiarity with online review ecosystems (App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work independently
- High level of discretion and professionalism in managing brand image
