Що робити
- Dashboard Ownership: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Data Modeling & SQL: Build and maintain data models that consolidate CRM, product, and finance data into a single source of truth. Write and optimize SQL queries.
- KPI Tracking: Track and report on core KPIs, including GGR, NGR, deposits/withdrawals, FTDs, retention, churn, ARPU, and player LTV.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, marketing, product, and finance teams to translate their needs into dashboards. Monitor data quality and support ad-hoc analysis for leadership.
Що очікуємо
- Experience: Proven experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or another regulated, data-intensive industry.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau. Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling principles (star schema, DAX, etc.).
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with core iGaming metrics is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English.
