Що робити

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Define and execute the BDR team’s outbound strategy, including prospecting approaches, outreach sequences, and messaging frameworks.
  • Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance daily, and implement coaching plans where needed (including PIPs when necessary).
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and the Head of Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, pipeline quality, and alignment on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Oversee accurate CRM hygiene and reporting in HubSpot, ensuring full visibility into team activity and pipeline contribution.

Що очікуємо

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales development or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or management role (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing BDR teams and consistently hitting pipeline targets.
  • Deep understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies, sequencing strategies, and multi-channel engagement (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze team performance metrics and translate insights into actionable coaching.
