Що робити
- Manage and support Azure and Microsoft 365 environments through the ticketing system, handling complex incidents and service requests.
- Perform diagnostics, root cause analysis, and resolution of incidents and problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to external vendors according to established procedures.
- Contribute to the design, configuration, automation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security components.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles and operational standards.
Що очікуємо
- University degree in IT or related field
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Active Microsoft/Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-500 or equivalent)
- Office 365 and security certifications are a plus
