Що робити
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, JIRA Service Desk, and key 3rd party add-ons
- Helping guide the configuration and documentation of client JIRA and Confluence instances Accurately gather and translate client requirements, assumptions, and constraints into project deliverables
- Working with customers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports
- Creating and managing complex configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Advising on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian products such as Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, and key 3rd-party add-ons
- Have a conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks
- Solid understanding of, and experience with JQL, automation rules, SLA configurations, user management, and permission schemes
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a bonus but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
