- Provide direct legal support to the Head of Legal in managing complex legal matters and supervising Group transactions and projects
- Conduct legal research on regulatory issues, licensing, and approvals across multiple jurisdictions
- Provide assistance with legal support for business expansion, including entering new markets and launching new products
- Monitor, interpret, and advise on regulatory changes affecting the Group’s activities; identify potential risks or compliance issues
- Draft, review, and prepare corporate documents and agreements
Що очікуємо
- Master’s degree in law
- 3–5 years of proven legal experience, preferably in licensing, corporate law, tax, or fintech.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to provide practical legal solutions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills
