- Monitor player activity and payment transactions to identify suspicious behavior
- Investigate fraud cases, including bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, chargebacks, account takeovers, and affiliate fraud
- Make decisions regarding account verification, restrictions, suspensions, or closures
- Collaborate with Payments, Customer Support, VIP, CRM, and Product teams to resolve fraud-related issues
- Analyze fraud trends and recommend improvements to fraud prevention processes
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Anti-Fraud, Risk Operations, Fraud Prevention, or Payments within iGaming
- Strong understanding of common fraud schemes in online gambling
- Understanding of KYC and AML procedures
- Experience configuring fraud detection rules
- Familiarity with responsible gaming policies
