- Lead and develop the Analytics team (hiring, mentoring, performance)
- Own analytics direction: priorities, roadmap, planning together with Product and Project teams
- Drive data discovery, experimentation and A/B testing
- Design, run and analyze experiments
- Ensure high standards of data quality, correctness and code quality
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in data/product analytics or applied data science
- 1+ year of experience leading a team
- Strong hands-on experience in iGaming domain
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
- Solid knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing and experimental design
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with ML models (clustering, prediction)
- Experience with libraries: scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch
- Understanding of model evaluation and validation
- Experience translating ML insights into business decisions
