Offline & Event Sales (Field Sales): Attend industry conferences, trade shows, expos, and local networking events across the US to establish direct contact with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Sales Strategy & SDR Leadership: Guide and direct our internal lead generation and SDR team to target high-potential verticals, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and custom campaign flows.
Account Growth: Build long-term trust with key client accounts to secure ongoing, recurring custom development and team augmentation contracts.

US Location & Mobility: Must be physically located in the United States with the willingness to attend industry events, expos, and client meetings ("in the field").
IT Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles specifically within the IT outsourcing, custom software development, or IT consulting space.
Event Networking Mastery: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate pipeline, and close deals through face-to-face networking, conference attendance, and field sales.
Understanding of IT Models: Deep familiarity with software engagement models: Time & Materials (T&M), Fixed Price, and Dedicated Engineering Teams.
Track Record: Proven ability to close mid-market or enterprise software deals ($50k+ contract value).
