About the project:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our team working on a US-based healthcare SaaS project. In this role, you will drive the AI-led evolution of our software development lifecycle and manage the entire project roadmap, steering everything from planning and requirements analysis to engineering coordination and successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with the client, Product Owner, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations.

A new team member will be in charge of:

Modernize our development lifecycle by integrating AI tools that optimize how our engineering teams work.

Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.

Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.

Oversee risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall team performance.

Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives

Does this relate to you?

Demonstrated experience driving AI transformation within an engineering context, specifically modernizing traditional SDLC frameworks with AI-assisted tooling.

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in dynamic environment.

Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Developer or AQA) is required.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English.
