• You will interview stakeholders, observe workflows, ask sharp questions, and identify the real operational bottleneck behind a request.
• 2. Design product solutions
• You will turn business pain into practical product concepts: user flows, workflow logic, feature sets, data requirements, edge cases, and launch plans. For student-facing work you will also own UX and UI, using AI design tools, with support from our Creative team on key decisions.
• 3. Write deep specifications using AI
