• This is not a traditional software development role focused on writing every line of code manually.
• You will act as the technical authority behind an AI-native development process. AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex will generate a significant part of the code, while you remain responsible for the overall architecture, system integrity, quality, security and long-term maintainability of the product.
• You should be able to understand the complete system, challenge technical decisions and ensure that AI-generated code fits into a clean, consistent and maintainable architecture.
