Що робити

  • Develop and optimize AI/LLM-based solutions
  • Fine-tune and customize open-source language models
  • Build RAG pipelines and embedding-based search systems
  • Design and maintain AI agents and orchestration flows
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams

Що очікуємо

  • Commercial experience with Python
  • Experience with LLMs such as Qwen, Llama, or similar
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering
  • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG
  • Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks

Що пропонуємо

  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of GPU infrastructure and model deployment
  • Experience with Docker and cloud platforms
  • Understanding of transformers architecture and Hugging Face ecosystem
