We are looking for an AI Adoption Manager to lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across our organization of 160+ employees — auditing processes, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, selecting the right tools, and driving implementation across every department, from strategy to measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Audit current processes across departments and identify where AI can add the most value.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and build the company-wide AI adoption strategy and roadmap.
Evaluate and select the right AI tools for specific use cases.
Lead end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives, from pilot to full rollout.
Measure and report business impact — cost savings, time reduction, productivity gains.
Drive adoption and change management across teams; act as the internal AI advisor and educator.
Partner cross-functionally with all departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.), adjusting focus based on business priorities.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives across multiple teams or departments.
Track record of taking a project from audit through to measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of practical AI applications (LLMs, automation, AI tools) and how to evaluate/select them for business needs.
Strategic thinking, strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills — comfortable presenting to leadership and educating non-technical teams.
Project management and change management experience — able to drive adoption across multiple initiatives at once.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining and tracking KPIs/ROI.
