The aim of the project is to build a new billing platform based on SAP UC4G as a strategic backbone for future-proof sales within the German Sales Group. Through maximum automation, standardization and harmonization, the joint platform is intended to enable efficient billing of all products and services.

Tasks:
Build & operate AI solutions in a squad. Develops and operates AI solutions directly in the squad (agents, automations, scripts, integrations) and provides hands-on support in requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, testing and coding.
Measurable delivery contribution: Increase automation and velocity with measurable contribution.
Empowerment to be self-reliant: Enablement of the squad with the goal that it works independently and AI-first after the handover.
AI as a standard work tool: Establishes the use of AI for error prevention in development, documentation and quality assurance.
Specifications of methods and best practices: Definition of clear guidelines on how AI is effectively used in the squad, as well as further development of the team towards these ways of working.
AI & Tooling
In-depth experience in the use of AI tools in a work context (e.g. copilots, LLMs (e.g. Claude Code), Code Assistants)
Ability to use AI effectively for requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, coding, and testing
Understanding of opportunities, risks and sensible application scenarios of AI
