AI tools have changed what one designer can do. Today, a designer can take an idea all the way to a working result instead of stopping at a Figma file.
That’s the kind of person we’re looking for.
You’ll join our Growth team, helping turn ideas and growth requests into working projects. You’ll work across products in education, lifestyle, entertainment, and AI, building fast prototypes, validating ideas, and shipping experiments.
What matters most isn’t your title. It’s what you can produce.
What you’ll do
Take an idea or growth request and turn it into a working project.
Build fast prototypes using AI-first tools such as Figma Make, Claude Design, or similar.
Move between UI, UX, motion, and light front-end work depending on what the project needs.
Turn requirements into wireframes and working prototypes.
Generate visuals to support your designs.
Prototype and iterate quickly, using AI to move faster.
Work across different products as part of the Growth team.

Add animations at the code level.
Turn requirements directly into wireframes.
Generate the visuals your designs need.
Use LLMs every day — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar — and know how to get the most out of them.
Enjoy experimenting with new AI workflows and tools.
Bonus: you’ve built your own pet projects from start to finish.

We care less about how you’ve traditionally worked, and more about what you’re capable of creating today.
