Що робити
- Hands-on development: Spend the majority of your time writing production code—React Native features, custom frontend work, and server integrations;
- Technical leadership: Set technical direction for the team’s web/mobile growth engineering work; review code, unblock teammates, and help them grow;
- Team coordination: Plan and prioritize the team’s work alongside product and marketing stakeholders; make sure the team ships reliably;
- Mobile app development: Build and ship features in our React Native app—UI components, navigation flows, and integrations with native modules where needed;
- Frontend development: Write custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to handle complex interactions, dynamic content, and responsive layouts across web and mobile;
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in a frontend or mobile engineering role with real production responsibilities;
- 2+ years experience in leading a team of engineers;
- Strong, hands-on React Native experience—you’ve built and shipped features in a production mobile app;
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/React—you write clean, maintainable code and know when to reach for a framework;
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and passing data between frontend/mobile surfaces and backend services;
