About the Role
As an Automation & AI Engineer, you’ll work end-to-end on complex problems:
Design Solutions: Recommend the right approach; RPA, AI, process mining, or a combination, tailored to each business challenge.
Build & Integrate: Implement solutions using:
- RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) - Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or custom components
- AI and LLM-based solutions (Azure / cloud-based)
- Process mining and communication mining tools
Deploy & Support: Take ownership of running solutions in production, including monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders who manage discovery and requirements gathering, ensuring that solutions align with real business needs. We are vendor-agnostic: it’s the technique and architecture that matter, not the brand of tool.
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in development
Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or similar languages
Experience with leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
Hands-on experience applying AI in automation scenarios
Solid understanding of APIs, REST/JSON, and integration patterns
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
