- Own and execute the affiliate strategy across target markets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers (hiring, onboarding, performance management).
- Scale partner acquisition by sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
- Oversee key affiliate accounts and support the team in managing top-tier partners.
- Analyze partner performance using Power BI or similar tools, identify growth opportunities, and optimize results.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Lead, or Senior Affiliate role.
- Mandatory hands-on experience working with affiliate programs in one or more of the following regions: CIS, Europe, Africa, or Asia.
- Proven experience managing and developing affiliate teams.
- Strong network of affiliate partners and media buyers.
