- Search, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Analyze affiliate performance and optimize traffic quality.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROI, FTD, Conversion Rate, Revenue, and LTV.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles.
- Experience negotiating and managing partner relationships.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in international markets.
- Knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and CPC models.
- Experience working with CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
