What You’ll Be Doing
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across Kyrgyzstan.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners, media buying teams, and traffic networks.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage partnerships across CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other cooperation models.
Monitor traffic quality, campaign performance, and key business metrics.
Analyze affiliate activity and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner performance and maximize results.
Stay up to date with local market trends, competitors, and emerging traffic sources.
What Makes You a Great Fit
At least 1–2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, Gambling, Betting, or a closely related vertical.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based partnerships.
Experience working with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and other affiliate payment models.
Existing network of affiliates and industry contacts is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Kyrgyz or other local languages is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
