Core BU is a fundamental group of service departments that helps to manage smooth and seamless work of all other business units, departments and teams, being a glue that holds us together.
Devart Team as a key member of our finance team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our company’s financial future. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to smooth operations, insightful financial planning, and overall business growth.
The impact you will make:
Maintain accounting for Ukrainian LLCs
Provide accounting support for contractors (FOPs), including registration and offboarding
Prepare tax and statutory reports in line with Ukrainian legislation
Support payroll-related processes
Process primary documentation and perform accounting reconciliations
Monitor changes in Ukrainian tax regulations and ensure ongoing compliance
Manage a high volume of FOP-related processes and meet reporting deadlines while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Support ongoing finance operational tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of accounting experience, including hands-on work with Ukrainian LLCs and FOPs
Solid knowledge of Ukrainian tax regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements
Experience with FOP support — registration, offboarding, and ongoing documentation
Experience in tax and financial reporting
Experience with payroll administration
Proficiency in BAS / 1C, M.E.Doc, and Excel
Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Attention to detail and ability to work proactively and independently
