Що робити

Manage and maintain client information in the CRM
Communicate with existing clients and respond to their requests
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
Track client activity, requests, and next steps in the CRM
Prepare simple reports and updates when needed

Що очікуємо

Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar role - plus
Experience working with CRM systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
